  13. NYRO Technix Announces Exclusive Distribution of VirtSpace

  15. San Francisco, California - June 21, 1994 - NYRO Technix, Inc.
  16. announced today that it has obtained exclusive distribution rights
  17. to VirtSpace, effective July 15, 1994.  VirtSpace is a "virtual
  18. window manager" application that allows users to expand their
  19. workspace beyond the size of the normal screen display.  For example,
  20. a user can quadruple the available screen area, placing windows
  21. anywhere in this enlarged workspace, creating an uncluttered work
  22. area.  Any portion of this "virtual workspace" can be visible through
  23. the use of simple mouse and key commands.

  25. VirtSpace also features:
  26. - auto-scrolling, which enables the user to drag the mouse to the edge
  27.   of the screen to move to other areas of the workspace;
  28. - a scalable view of the workspace;
  29. - support of the defaults database;
  30. - support for keyboard movement and multiple screens;
  31. - drag and drop colors to tag windows;
  32. - automatic screen updating;
  33. - and sticky windows.

  35. With a portable running NEXTSTEP, this product enables users to
  36. manage the workspace in a way that makes it seem like the portable
  37. has a full screen.  On a desktop system, this product makes any
  38. workspace more organized and efficient.
